Recently retired as the Director of Development at Monadnock Family Services, Mary also served as Campaign Director at Monadnock United Way for 8 years and before that, worked for over 20 years in the field of Human Resources. She has been a proud member of the Keene Elm City Rotary Club for over 20 years, during which time she’s held the roles of Secretary and President. For over 30 years, Mary has enjoyed volunteering with numerous nonprofits in the region and was honored for her dedication and service to the community in 2007 when she was named Citizen of the Year by the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer Goodell grew up in Swanzey and earned her BA in physics at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. In 2018 she earned her MS in electrical engineering at Boston University, and in 2020 she returned to the Monadnock region where she is an Applications Engineer for the Sensors Group at Timken. While moving about the country, Jen relied heavily on dancing to foster social connections. Over the years she has practiced a range of styles, salsa being her favorite, and she is now taking advantage of the adult dance classes at MoCo. As a teacher, she organized community service opportunities, art activities, field trips, and other special events for her students. Jennifer hopes that she will be able to bring her skills and enthusiasm to her role on the MoCo board.

She is passionate about keeping kids active and healthy and helping them find their passion.

Catherine Peterson has lived in Keene for more than 35 years. After attending St. Anselm College, she worked at Cheshire Medical Center for six years before leaving to take a position at Antioch University New England. Catherine has been at Antioch since 1995 in the role of Administrative Director of the doctoral program that trains psychologists (PsyD). Catherine and her husband, Barnes raised their daughter (Helen) Sophie Peterson who is now 26 years old and living in Santa Monica, CA.

Sophie attended MoCo in its early days on Railroad Street at the age of 5—MoCo was like a second home. She truly loved dance and performing and, in her last years at MoCo with the unlimited plan, she took 19 classes a week. Sophie attributes many of her academic and personal accomplishments to the discipline of dance education she received from ballet, pointe, modern, hip-hop, and jazz, as well as the opportunities to perform in musical theatre.

In addition to Catherine’s full-time work at Antioch, she owns and manages a small business in downtown Keene, The Simple Nest, bringing her creative and design energies together with her love of meeting new people and creating home and office spaces with intention. Catherine enjoys collaborating and (after 8 years of an empty nest) is looking for ways to restore and expand her sense of community. She loves volunteering and supporting organizations and has missed having the chance to help and work with others. While her family contributes to non-profits, Catherine also donates monetarily or by in-kind gifts through The Simple Nest for raffles, fundraisers, and other community events.

Kalie Randlett joined Cheshire Medical Center in 2020 as a Human Resources Business Partner. Originally from Southern New Hampshire, she attended Keene State College and graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Social Science. Shortly after graduation, Kalie moved to Las Vegas but always knew she would return to Keene and give back to the community. The majority of Kalie’s professional career has been in recruiting and enhancing employee experience. She is excited to bring her knowledge and expertise to MoCo. In addition to being a Board Member at MoCo Arts, Kalie volunteers with Linda’s Closet and is a recent graduate of Leadership Monadnock. Kalie lives in Keene with her soon-to-be husband, Brandan, and her cat, Hunter.

Katherine Richardson has always loved all forms of the performing arts, particularly dance, and is thrilled to support MoCo Arts as a Board member. She currently serves as Director of Development and Community Relations at Cheshire Medical Center and before this, Katherine was Campaign Manager at Monadnock United Way, overseeing many aspects of their annual $2 million campaign. Before United Way, she was a Marketing and Admissions Coordinator at Antioch University New England and began her career with a Fortune 500 company in New York City. Katherine and her husband, Patrick, moved to Surry in 1990 from Connecticut and have never looked back.

Passionate about children, Katherine is active in the community and is currently a member of Keene Elm City Rotary, has served on the Board of Directors for Sophia’s Hearth, volunteered at the Keene YMCA, the Monadnock United Way, and briefly with the Keene Housing Kids Collaborative. One of her most rewarding volunteer roles was with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a Big Sister. Katherine is a member of the Association of Hospital Philanthropy and is a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive).
